Waterloo Makes Music

Waterloo Makes Music is a free concert series on Waterloo as a gift to all the music lovers in the community, and a celebration of Cleveland’s amazing musical legacy.

Our Waterloo Makes Music series of concert and livestream music presentations, grew from 2021’s three live events to 2022’s fifteen live events featuring thirty bands and solo artists.  A total of eighty-nine musicians were engaged for these performances.  We also cultivated more performance spaces in the  Waterloo Arts District in 2022, engaging audiences in Praxis Fiber Workshop, on The Tower Stage, The Beachland Ballroom and Tavern stage, and our newly opened Cleveland Rocks Shop Stage.

The Waterloo Makes Music series expanded in 2022 from a summer concert series held on the first Friday of the month during Walk All Over Waterloo Art Walk to a year long program, offering more opportunities to showcase local talent within the community. Your support allows us to again pay musicians and the production team needed to mount our Waterloo Makes Music series.
