Waterloo Makes Music is a free concert series, presented by Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present, Future, showcasing acts from the Cleveland music scene at various locations in the Waterloo Arts & Entertainment District.

Lea Marra & The River Boys are a bluegrass/folk band inspired by a vast array of genres across the board. Lea brings her strong vocals and heartfelt lyrics to the experience while the River Boys are in the whirlwind of grassy licks. Lea Marra & The River Boys have accomplished a lot in the year of 2024. They released their first album titled Ace Of Cups in March 2024, performed on many notable stages along side regional and local heroes.

Shortt Stories is an acoustic rock trio out of NEO. Formed in 2019, the trio has been defying odds & captivating audiences virtually & in person with their unique blend of energetic rock and witty banter. Led by singer/songwriter Rachel Shortt, their music tells of love, loss, & the journey of self-discovery. With heartfelt lyrics, art punk bass, & weaving harmonies, they are a force in the indie scene.
