Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present, Future partners with Soul City Cleveland, the National Rites of Passage Institute and the Youth Resiliency Institute in celebration of African American Music Appreciation Month for the first Waterloo Makes Music event. This special event will feature Eddie Baccus, Sr. w/Cecil Rucker, Sr and Shirley Cook • Eugene Ross • Khairiya Reid. The series takes place on the first Friday of the month June-September as part of the monthly Walk All Over Waterloo art walk.
